This can be a great dessert drink or just have one to cool off BEFORE dinner. 2 tablespoons creme de cacao 2 tablespoons brandy 1 pint coffee ice cream Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
Combine creme de cacao, brandy and ice cream in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and foamy. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with whipped cream. For an extra treat, drop a candy coffee bean into the center of each whipped cream dollop! Makes 4 servings.
