Bratwurst with Beer
This Bratwurst with Beer recipe was sent to us by a reader from Wisconsin. It is great for a picnic or barbeque. Ingredients: 8 bratwurst 1 medium onion, sliced 1 medium green pepper, cut up 1 can of flat beer
Brown brats on grill. Cook slowly so skin does not burn. Place pan of beer in center of grill; do not boil. Add onions, peppers, and brats. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Serve on buns.
