Easy Crabmeat Dip
Always a favorite appetizer, this easy crabmeat dip can be quickly put together from items you probably already have on hand. Ingredients: 1 (6 oz) can King Crab 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper
To make a dip: Soften cream cheese with milk, add crabmeat and other ingredients. To use as a spread: Spread on English muffins, top with a thin tomato slice and place under broiler until brown. Cut muffin into quarters before serving.
