1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup water
1 16-ounce package (4 cups)powdered sugar
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts

In a saucepan heat together butter and water just to boiling, stirring to melt butter. Sift together powdered sugar, dry milk powder, and cocoa powder. (If mixture seems lumpy, sift again) Add the butter mixture; stir till well combined. Stir in nuts. Turn into a buttered 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Cover and chill several hours or till firm.
