Pie Spice Idea

Apple pie spice and pumpkin pie spice are two of the most useful seasoning blends--but do you know what is in them and how they differ?

Both usually include cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and loves. Cinnamon is the prominent flavor in apple pie spice; in pumpkin, it is nutmeg.

**IDEA**Try a teaspoon of either spice in pancake batter or sprinkle on a fruit salad. Delicious!
