Round Steak Delicious

This is truly a "delicious" round steak recipe. It will probably become a family favorite.

Ingredients:

1 lb. round steak
3 Tbs. margarine or butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
2/3 cup milk
1 pkg. noodles
parsley

Cut steak in bite-sized pieces; brown slowly in skillet in butter or margarine. Add onion, mushrooms, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Add cream cheese and milk; stir until cheese melts. Serve on cooked noodles mixed with parsley.

Makes 5-6 servings.
