Simple Fish Casserole
Need a quick recipe using fish for dinner? This one is not only easy to prepare, it has ingredients that are all in your pantry. Ingredients: 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup milk, heated 4 tablespoons butter 1/4 pound cheese, grated 1 pounds fish fillets
Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix with the hot milk, add butter and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Place fish in buttered casserole and pour the sauce mixture over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until fish flakes easily.
